Addiction is a disease, involving the progressive habitual use of drugs and/or alcohol
in spite of physical, social, occupational, and/or financial consequences. Common signs include an increased tolerance for and consumption of substances; physical, psychological, and behavioral withdrawal symptoms; and loss of control.

What is the cost of your program?

The cost of our program is $100.00 per week, $200.00 bi-weekly, $400.00 monthly. Each individual is responsible for their own payment plan and is based on how each client is paid by their employer, or government facility.

Where is Transition House located?

Transition House’s administrative offices are located in downtown Atlanta at 970 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30314-2926. Residential services are provided in 21 area facilities. Map

What are Transition House’s hours of operation?

While Transition House’s programs operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day,
administrative office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Admissions / Intake Department is open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
